Award Categories
To let clients and colleagues know just how great a Sales Representative you are, Royal LePage Team Realty and Royal LePage rewards excellence in residential sales with a prestigious awards program.

Winners are honoured at regional awards presentations and their achievements are usually featured in a variety of consumer newspapers and industry publications.

Each year, Royal LePage presents awards in the following categories:

Membership in the National Chairman's Club
The top 1% of the Royal LePage residential sales force

Lifetime National Chairman's Club
Earned by those elite few who have achieved the chairman's Club for the 10th time

Diamond Award

Honours the top 3% of the sales force

Platinum Award
Honours the top 5% of the sales force

President's Gold
Honours the top 10% of the sales force

The Award of Excellence
Given to those who have won the President's Gold Award for 5 - 7 consecutive years

Lifetime Award of Excellence
The select few who have achieved Presidents Gold for 10 of 14 consecutive years

Master Sales
Awarded to the top 11th to 20th percentile

Sales Achievement Award
Awarded to the top 21st to 25th percentile

In addition, members of the National Chairman's Club are invited to attend the NCC Annual Conference held annually in a different exotic location. Top achieving Sales Representatives can proudly display achievement insignias on personal marketing materials (brochures, business cards, etc.) as a mark of excellence in this highly competitive marketplace.
